Make a Huge Leap in Awareness!

As we lift our awareness from the plane of reason to that of intuition, from self-consciousness to soul-consciousness, we are making a huge leap in awareness. This can only be done through meditation and contemplation because that is where all the revelations come to break the illusion of the personality self and bring forth our soul in God awareness.


Create a Meditation Station

Now that we have made a commitment to work in the best interests of our soul, the process begins. Our soul is a fragment of God. Through meditation we are linking our consciousness to God consciousness--Universal Wisdom. By making this connection daily we are supporting ourselves to move quickly on the path to self realization.

Action to take:
We need to create a meditation station. A place that we can go that is calming and peaceful. This will set up the vibration and energy field which will directly enhance our God connection.

Meditation Awakens New Brain Cells

Why is meditation essential to moving in consciousness? When we meditate we awaken new brain cells that have previously been dormant. When activated, new information/revelations can easily flow into our consciousness.

Action to take:
Meditate and open up new brain cells which will quicken your spiritual journey and move you faster to your goal.

Break the Illusion of Separateness

Our intuitive facility is the instrument that breaks the illusion of our limited self. Every illusion recognized and overcome "clears the way" to our unlimited Self, because illusion is based on living in the opposites.

Action to take: Daily meditation helps to break the illusion that we are separate and alone.


Meditation: The Process to Unveil the Whole SELF

Meditation is the process we must use to unveil our whole SELF. Through meditation our vibrations are raised. Our intuitive Mind is awakened and activated. The intuitive mind accesses the all-knowing mind of God. All the knowledge and wisdom of the ages is available to us. In order to move into the all knowingness of God, a purification process takes place. God uses our intuitive mind to bring into consciousness things that are blocking us from our wholeness. We have soul issues that must be balanced and realigned. We are supported, guided and directed to those things stored in our subconscious mind that have kept us stuck. Every soul must eventually go through this process. This is the procedure which takes us to the next dimension of Being.

Action to take: Meditate and quiet your mind. There are many ways to mediate: Listen to a guided meditation. Take a long walk and just still the mind. (That is known as an open eye-meditation.) Observe your breathing as it moves in and out of your chest, or put your hand on your heart and focus on your heartbeat, with a quiet mind. Whatever you can lose yourself in is meditation.



Focus Your Mind with a Mantra

If you are a beginner in meditation, start by doing a five minute meditation. Using a mantra can help you focus your thoughts and quiet your mind. A mantra is any word or short phrase which you repeat so your mind can focus with less effort. Listening to music or sounds of nature can help you focus, too.


Action to take:

Start using a mantra such as, "Thank you God," or "OM."
